Role

As a Staff Software Engineer (Platform) at Amigo, you'll architect and implement our core platform interface and experience during a critical growth phase. You'll build systems that enable both technical power users and teams of non-technical domain experts to effectively create, monitor, and optimize AI agents. You'll design visualization tools for agent behavior, analytics dashboards for performance monitoring, and collaboration workflows that enhance team productivity. This role is essential for hardening our platform to maturity while supporting our expansion to enterprise customers and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Design and build systems for agent visualization that make reasoning transparent and intuitive for users
• Architect analytics dashboards that provide comprehensive insights into agent performance and usage patterns
• Implement collaboration frameworks that enable teams of non-technical domain experts to work together effectively
• Build interfaces for the Trust Center Framework to showcase agent performance with academic rigor
• Design and implement and scale real-time low-latency voice capabilities that unlock strategic opportunities with healthcare partners to millions of monthly active users.
• Create infrastructure for both power user workflows (git-based) and non-technical user experiences (UI-based)
• Develop system components for seamless integration with our context graph architecture and agent evaluation systems
• Build customizable interfaces that adapt to different user roles and enterprise requirements
• Implement frontend patterns that maintain consistency across increasing platform complexity
• LeadEnhance platform security, reliability, and performance strategy and implementation as we scale to enterprise requirements
